Modern hotel in a lovely building with stunning views of the hills surrounding the area. The rooms with a comfortable decor. Incredible bed, very professional and highly professional personnel from check-in thru check-out. Location - best possible and prime near many restaurants, the main tower, and several attractions. Also, in a quiet area.

Location and price were good. All employees were very nice, from the front desk to the restaurant. Nice bathroom.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for visiting nearby outlet stores. The room was nice, equipped with Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and an office chair. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was available until 10:45.

The excellent service and attention to detail made our stay pleasant. the brand-new room was a nice size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel's central location near downtown restaurants, Berkshire Museum, and local businesses made everything easily accessible in Pittsfield.

Beds are so comfortable. Slept like a baby. Pool, Hot-tub, sauna: we were the only ones who used during our 24 hr stay. Pool small but nice feature. Maybe its the location; next to restaurant location; odd design choice. Staff very good. Checkout took 30 seconds (pre-done).

Shower: tiles had some black spots (mildew). Big fault. Other than than clean. The hotel building itself is ugly as sin. Worst architecture ever. Entrance is hard to find, buried in this concrete complex.

The hotel has highly professional staff from check-in thru check-out. The room is a nice size and brand-new with twin beds. The location is central; guests can easily walk to a market and stores.

TV was ok. Location was good

Height of vanity too low. Chairs in room were soiled. Carpeting was dirty, room in need of updating. Elevators upon departure did not stop on our floor. Had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Lounge and pool were closed during afternoon for private events. Will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Great central location with friendly staff. Easy access to both north and south areas 😊.
